Okanagan Lake 2024
Brewed in Canada's 4th Annual Fishing Derby on the Okanagan Lake took place April 20, 2024. We had 80 boats register (a new record for the Okanagan) bringing the cash prize to $2750 for 1st place! Aaron V. and his boys secured this spot with their 28 3/4" catch submitted around noon.
In the kids division, Skylar took the leaderboard for 1st & 2nd, but was unable to hold on. With Alex submitting his 19 1/4" to take over 1st, followed by Avery submitted her 22" rainbow to end the day. Congratulations to all of you!

Shuswap Lake 2024
Brewed in Canada's 4th Annual Fishing Derby on the Shuswap Lake took place May 11th, 2024. We had 70 boats register bringing the cash prize to $2500 for 1st place!
With multiple rainbow trout pictures submitted throughout the day, the leaderboard changed a few times, however, Terry Fischer took the lead around 2pm with a 26 5/8" rainbow and held on to 1st place until the end. 2nd place was awarded to Sandyl A - 24 7/8" & 3rd place went to John D - 23.5".
In the Kids' Division Skylar V took 1st place with 20 5/8", Sidda C - 18.5" & Charlee - 18".

We ended the day by cooling off at Finz Bar & Grill in Blind Bay with Gary Ess (the one man band) performing, silent auction, winners were announced and prizes were presented.
